What I Wore Wednesday

I wore this outfit to run errands.

I love this cute little owl shirt I found at a local store. I'm also wearing my sweater UGGS I got at Goodwill for $20! Holla!!!

This was the outfit I wore out to see a band with some friends.

This is what I wore at the boys birthday party!

Drop Cloth Drapes!

I saw this idea in blogland a while back and I've been meaning to do it. I was in some desperate need for drapes in our dining room after I threw our old ones out because our cat and dogs had too much fun with them. We have a massively tall window and drapes for them are crazy expensive. So this is what I came up with...

I went to Lowes and bought two large painters drop clothes and some curtain ring clip things!

I just spaced the rings out, clipped them to the drop clothes, hung them up, had to trim a little off the bottom and BAM!!! I've got me some drapes!!!

Total cost was around $50! Woohoo! I love them. What do y'all think?!

Army Birthday Party

Saturday we had Ethan & Jaxon's birthday party! They picked an Army theme this year.

They had so much fun will their little friends and cousins.

We rented a moonwalk which they hardly used because it was so wet & cold. Go figure!!!

I just love throwing these birthday parties and making these wonderful memories with the boys!!!

Jaxon's 7th Birthday!

Well yesterday was our second birthday of the week! Jaxon turned 7!!! 

 

For his birthday dinner he picked homemade hamburgers and homemade french fries!!!

Then for dessert he picked my chocolate pie. He's just like his daddy, that's his favorite too!!!

Fat Tuesday 2012

Yesterday was Fat Tuesday and we took the boys to the parade in Galveston! We try to go every year because it's not crowded and they get to experience Mardi Gras!!!

( Evan had to take a pic w/ Justin Bieber because he thinks it's Jonathan and calls him Bubba! Ha!)

They had a blast!

They caught sooooooo many beads and toys!!!

When we were leaving Evan kept saying, " It was the best party time!" Ha!

Ethan's 11th Birthday

Yesterday was Ethan's 11th Birthday! He's getting so big so fast. 

We're having his & Jaxon's party this Saturday, so I fixed a special dinner and we had a cookie cake!

He picked tacos for his birthday dinner!!!
