Protein Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

1cup Almond Milk (I used vanilla unsweetened)
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I used Dymatize iso)
1/8 tsp of mint extract (be careful a little goes a long way)

I mixed those in a shaker & then poured it into my ice cream maker. I let it do it's magic for 20 minutes. Then I tossed in a few chocolate chips & let it keep goin for about five more minutes (you could use sugar free chocolate or chopped up sugar free peppermint patties to make it healthier). I put mine back in the freezer for a few more minutes to firm up a little.

BAM!!! Sweet tooth cured!!!

Healthy Energy Bites

I'm trying to get healthier skinny (let's be honest)!!! I found this recipe on Pinterest and changed it up a bit to this little lovie here! Hope y'all try it & like these little balls of energy!!!

Energy Bites

5 tbsp quick cooking oats
2 tbsp PB2 (if ya don't have this on hand just add peanut butter)
1 tbsp Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips (or more if you're feelin' a lil crazy)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water

Mix all ingredients together. When well mixed, form dough into a few balls ( I made 5, but you could just make one giant one. No judging here.) Place in freezer for about 30 mins for them to set up or you can just eat em right then and there if you can't stand to wait!!!

As you can see these are kid approved too. I had to fight the lil punk for the last one!!!
