An Okay Party

Saturday we went to our friend Crystalle's 30th Birthday party. I was excited about it and thought it was going to be fun. This is the birthday girl!

This was the gift I got her. It was a wine stopper with a crystal top with a "C" on it and some note cards with a "C" on them. I bought her a balloon and princess crown too (just for fun). I told her that I was kind of going through a monogram stage!

At least I had one of my favorite peeps with me to make it a little better...Justin.

Even though Saturday didn't turn out as fun as I thought it would have, we had a pretty great Sunday. We just hung out around the house. I went to pick the boys up at my in-laws and hung out over there for a couple of hours while the boys played outside. We had a great lazy Sunday! Well I'm off to do some laundry and I also started my diet today (more on that this Wednesday). Hope y'all have a great Monday!!!

Have a great day girly....good luck with your diet! I wish I could join in but it's a no-go with the steroids, and the I can't excersise because of my disease and muscle thing! I just got back from the Dr. and the excess fluid from these meds is terrible uggggggg.....

  4. Boo to the rude birthday girl. That is one of my biggest pet peeves! Seriously--how hard is it to say "thank you"?!

And diet?! Girl, you for sure don't need to go on any diet!

  7. Wow. Not even a thank you? That's rough. I've definitely been to a few parties like that with my husband's friends. It's always uncomfortable for me being in a large group of people I really don't know well.

I can't wait to hear about your diet. I need some motivation right now haha.

  11. Sounds like you should've included a book on manners and etiquette. How incredibly rude of her! I have no patience for people with bad manners.
Sorry you didn't have a good time! Glad you made up for it on Sunday though.
